We came in this evening just to view some furniture for our newly renovated basement. We met Ester as soon as we walked in and she was amazing. She gave us the space to shop around and then helped with all our questions. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. I had her help me with 0% financing for 48 months and we were done within a very timely manner. Thank you so much Ester! We’ll definitely be back when we need to purchase more.

Furniture delivery was fast, yet professional. The ground was damp outside and they took their shoes off at the door each time they came inside. They waited while we inspected the furniture. Muhammad has assisted me once again and job well done. He was patient and offered different selections and has a great customer service personality. Great job!! Liz was so warm and welcoming with us at Value City! She truly warmed our hearts with how she payed attention to the details of what we were looking for. She gave us space to think and make decisions and was not pushy for us to hurry and buy like some places do. Great, attentive care. I haven’t had a good range of motion in my shoulder for going on two years. The shoulder was very painful... after therapy I have no pain and normal range of motion. My therapist was professional, and caring.... will miss her😊
