Now when I say management I mean LaDonna - not the folks from Gekeler Farms they are under the same (Tomlinson and associates)- they are only out to get as much money from you regardless. You could clean your apartment (hire your own cleaning company) and they will still say it is not clean and make you pay on top of the already deposit for cleaning without explanation. Woodbine has some old appliances not the greatest gym equipment, but the management there more than makes up for it, always willing to help if something needs done and will work with your schedule. The community is super friendly and I loved living there. I lived there for 2.5 years.”
