(April 2, 2020, 11:23 am)This zoo is very family friendly. The layout makes it feel like a self-guided your and minimizes foot-traffic. Some areas do not allow for strollers.
(March 12, 2020, 4:21 am)An INCREDIBLE PLACE TO BE. NATURE NEVER LOOKED SO AWESOME! Stare into the snow leopards eyes if you dare! You'll FEEL the wild side and KNOW you WILL NEVER compete. Her tail the longest of ANY big cat and the FOX WOLF, really can read your mind. If you are starving, the Pretzels with cheese by the merry-go-round ROCK!
(March 11, 2020, 12:47 am)Coming from Dallas & having memberships to both the Dallas and Ft. Worth zoos was a bit of a shock, but now that it's our zoo, we love Zoo Boise. The expansion with the African exhibit is fantastic. I wish they would've sprung for non-reflective glass, but otherwise very well done. My kids love the zoo and we go a few times a month. We especially like when the keepers or student volunteers are out and give us a little extra information. My kids also love feeding the giraffes and the Sloth Bear. Can't wait to see the continued improvements.
(February 17, 2020, 6:42 pm)My family had an absolutely fantastic time at the zoo. It's so big and the enclosures are all so so so nice. There are inside and outside ones when it's cold and the prices are AWESOME!!! They have season passes that my family will definitely be getting. There's also an area that's fantastic for kids with a little play area and what not. Great for adults and kids
