(January 8, 2021, 8:43 pm)Hi Diana! We met at the Meridian Main Street Market. I forgot I bought some ground elk and threw it in my freezer at the end of the summer. We just got to it and it was delicious! The meat was ground well and very lean. We also really enjoyed the pepper jack, jalapeno summer sausage. Fantastic! Keep up the great work! Happy New Year!
