They are always super nice here. Make an appointment! It goes so much faster. The wait times can get a little ridiculous.

I moved here from out of state and made an appointment to register my vehicle and get it titled here in Idaho for the first time. The employees here were very helpful and service was faster than I've ever experienced at any other motor vehicle facility!!! I didn't have to wait at all! They gave me a number and before I had a chance to sit down... They already called my number at one of the windows.. not just once.. but twice in the same day! On my second visit, I did not have an appointment but it didn't matter because I still received service as fast as when I came earlier that day! I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing their services! I was so happy I wanted to tip the woman( Heather) who took care of the titling and registration of my vehicle!!! Very satisfied with this business! On a scale of 1-10... I would have to give them a 20
Ever since the COVID outbreak, the changes made make getting stuff at the DMV effortless and not such a horrendous wait. They move quickly and I've enjoyed the staff so far the few times I've gone in.
