The care, patience, support and understanding we have experienced with TJ, Marty, Sarah Hall, Sarah Tish, Carl Printz, Jennifer and right down to Cindi at the front desk has constantly blown me away. I can't put into words how much the entire Caldwell staff has meant to us and how life changing they've been.
Unfortunately, we had a pretty epic failure of an interaction with Nichole who was working the crisis line tonight, which is the ONLY reason I took away a star. I'm pretty sure she must work at the Boise location, as she is NOT reflective of the amazingness we have always encountered at the Caldwell location!
I HIGHLY recommend the Caldwell branch to anyone looking for help. The staff is amazing!
