Had a great experience with River City Glass! We had 2 showers that needed glass shower enclosures very quickly due to our home closing escrow. River City promptly came out to measure, have us a fair price and fulfilled the order much quicker than other vendors quoted us. River City Glass was awesome. It all started with Sam during the quotation process and proceeded to be great thru installation with Paul and Rob.
We had a new shower glass door installed to our existing shower. Sam came out and took the measurements he needed quickly. Then sent me over the quote later that day. Sam was great to work with and very open and honest on the questions I asked. Once I accepted the quote Sam ordered the material and we had the door done on time which is all I can ask.
The installers were Paul and Rob. Both were very nice and had no problems with them. They took care of the job site and made sure to keep everything clean. I know everyone in the treasure valley is swamped with work so I was very happy that Paul and Rob didn't rush thru the job to get their next site. They did the work they needed to do and at their standards. The door itself is off by about 1/16 to 1/8 of an inch and they told me they wanted to come back and redo the header (you only get one shot at it). I would have never noticed it but because they seem to take pride in their work they pointed it out to me. That's pretty solid in my books. He could have left it alone and moved on but didn't. Again I appreciate the attention to detail. I'm sure mgmt. might not be as it will be more costs to the project to make it all correct but I am glad they are fixing it.
So if you are looking for some work to be done I would suggest River City Glass. My experience has been great.
