This place is awesome! Great customer service. I had a cross threaded bolt on my valve cover that was also broken these guys worked like hell in order to get it taken care of. They replaced my fuel injectors on my 6.0 and did a great job! My truck is running great now. They have very reasonable pricing and won't try to do you wrong!

I had missed their call letting me know that my pickup was done and I could come grab it. By the time I had listened to the voicemail and reached out to them, it was well after business hours on a Friday night. They offered to set it out the next morning so I could pick it up. They were quick to repair it, are reasonably priced, and have great customer service. I will definitely be using Factory Tech again.

When I can't fix it, this is the only place I'll go. I've taken several different vehicles here and have always been treated right. Good communication and clear understanding before and during the repair. Done as stated, on time and very reasonable price for the work. 11/10 would recommend.
