Absolutely love Joslin and her work. Wouldn’t want anyone else handling our meat. We always get back what we asked for and her deer sausage is my husbands favorite.
They are one of the cleanest butcher places we have ever been to. Sometimes there is a waiting list but they are good about working you in as soon as they can. They will customize the cutting and wrapping of you meat. Very nice people. I highly recommend them.
