“I have lived here for almost 17 years now and I actually love it here!! There are about 48 homes, a centrally located office and locked mailboxes across from the office along with 2 parcel boxes. The lots are various sizes and each tenant is required to care for their own lot. Space rent is the same for everyone, and everyone is required to own their home. The rent here is among the lowest in the Valley. It's a quiet neighborhood even though it sits right along the interstate. Purple Sage Mobile Manor is only about 2 to 2.5 miles from the freeway which makes it easy for those with commutes to work. Just like any other small community of homes, there are occasional issues that do arise, but they are generally dealt with immediately. What I love most about living here is the country charm and feel yet being a few minutes from town. Overall, Purple Sage Mobile Manor is a great place to live!!”

“Super service. Blow out on my low boy trailer on the freeway, loaded at 135,500 lbs. After hours and they answered the phone, wow! Showed up 30 minutes later and had me going 20 minutes after that. Freeway blow out and on the road again in less than an hour. Amazing. Couldn't beat the price if I drove into a shop. Did I mention he changed it while I was still loaded? Great business, very professional.”

“Ralph saved my sons hair. I couldn’t be more happy or grateful. He squeezed us in last minute. I took my son to great clips (I know what was I thinking) and she did such a bad job I was about to put a hat on my son for a week until I could fix it myself. But Ralph used his super powers and as you can see from the photos, he made my sons hair look incredible. I was watching the other barbers while we were waiting and all of their clients hair looked amazing. I’m sure you could go to anyone at this shop and you would be extremely impressed. I’m adding before and after pictures to show just how good he did.”
