Extremely pleased. All staff members were helpful. The doctor so professional and thorough. Product not here yet but if my new glasses are perfect I know they will correct them appropriately. Doctor found cataracts forming no surprise with my age. He will monitor and when surgery is needed I am already at ease with him as a professional but just as important to me, as a kind hearted gentlemen!

My family and I are so happy with Eyecare Associates of Nampa, everyone is so kind and considerate, we see two of the doctors there and they are amaaaaazing! They always explain in detail what they are doing. The staff loves helping pick out glasses and you can genuinely feel they really love doing their jobs! Billing is so professional and easy to talk to! We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend choosing them for your family as well :) 💜

From the minute I walk into this office I am treated so well and feel seen and taken care of. The opticians are extremely knowledgeable and experienced with a great frame selection. Connie, Emily and Jennifer always go the extra mile to make sure I leave with a great, well fitted, premium pair of glasses (or 2). I highly recommend this office!

I always find myself going to different eye doctors each year for my yearly exam bc I am not always satisfied with the exam; it’s either not comprehensive or the customer service is off. I went in recently for my yearly eye exam with Dr. Hughes. Compassion, friendliness, and a comprehensive eye exam and more is what I got from Dr. Hughes. He was absolutely hands down the best eye doctor I have ever been to. Very thorough exam and took his time to inform me about my eyes and eye health, answered my questions. I will be back next year and the years after that as long as he is in that office and to be honest ill probably follow him if he ever joined another practice. Great job Dr. Jonathan Hughes.

My son Hayden lost his glasses at school and needed new ones asap. We were able to get in to get a new pair the very next day, and received the glasses within 2 weeks maximum. The only thing I didn't like about this process, was that they did not offer to adjust the glasses. We went to a different eye doctor prior and they spent 30 minutes adjusting the new glasses to my son's face and they fit him perfectly. I ended up having to take my son to that old eye doctor to have them adjust the new pair to his face so he could actually wear them to school. Other than that, great experience overall. Staff was very friendly and very professional and made my son very comfortable throughout the process.
