(September 1, 2023, 12:42 pm)Above and beyond levels of customer service. - I placed an order online on a weekend, outside their business hours. First thing Monday morning, I got an e-mail from Marisa in customer service explaining that based on comments in my order, I had selected the wrong replacement parts for my mag. A couple of quick messages and a phone call had everything straightened out correcting the order to match my needs. The overall cost of my order went down and I had my parts 2 days later. I am a very happy customer.
