I really appreciate the way Lake Shore has been going above and beyond for my cat. The front desk always assists us promptly, and Dr. Dan has been so helpful and patient with us and has worked her in for several emergency tests and treatments. He's even called us to check on her even when he didn't have an update for us.

They're great about explaining possible steps, tests and costs so you know all your options on how to move forward as well. We're glad we found them!
