We got into a car accident with our Honda Civic and it was declared a total loss... We went straight to Wilson & Sons. Even though they didn't have anything on their lot that could fully satisfy us, they said they could find what we wanted. Armed with our mile long list of "needs" and "wants" they went on the hunt for us. While they were searching they stayed in constant contact- we never felt forgotten about or pushed aside.
In the end, they went to four car auctions, put in numerous hours searching and even flew to Salt Lake to get our perfect car. On top of all that, they gave us a screaming deal and even tinted the windows for us! I'd like to feel like I'm spoiled, but honestly, we get the vibe that that's just the way they do business.
