    Update- 3/4/2020. After writing my initial review, Ray found my email and promptly emailed me back.

    Original 2 star review-I have had Premier Alliance Property and Casualty, Inc. going on 3 years now with no issues. I have used them for our home and car insurance. As recent new business owners, I am needing business insurance and Premier Alliance was the first company I contacted. The customer service with Ray Olson is lacking or there is a severe email fault between us. I made initial contact beginning of February. He said he would send paperwork to fill out the following day. I didn't receive an email on my end. (No blame placed since emails can be overlooked or faulty technology). I contacted him around February 24th and left a voicemail. He promptly called back and left me a voicemail. His email address on file for me was correct and verified on his end that, indeed, he sent the email over. I scoured every email folder and came up empty. He said to send him an email to make sure of the contact. I did so the morning of February 25th. Here it is, 4 business days later with no reply. Like I said, maybe email communication error? Maybe human error? Either way, I haven't experienced this bad of email communication before and I am going to need to look at other options soon if it's this difficult just to get simple paperwork sent over.

    I have been with Premier Alliance for years. They have always worked to get me the best auto and home insurance prices! Marcia Ellis is who I work with. She is the best! She always gets back to me quickly and answers all of my questions! I wouldn't trust anyone else for my insurance needs!

    Great Customer Service! Nick and Angie are the best - always very knowledgeable and great quick help. I was with another company for 20+ years and switched a few years ago and they cut my insurance bill in half! Give them a call they will shop around and get you the best rate. Thanks Nick and Angie!!!

    I've had other insurance companies for my business and personal policies. Premier far out performs them all. They shop around to find the best rates possible. They send insurance certificates for my business policies immediately. They were great when I had a motorcycle accident. And they even managed to get me more than $1,000 refunded for a vehicle I forgot to remove from my policy. I'm sold. Anytime someone asks if I know a good insurance company, I send them to Premier Alliance.
