Cintas has come to our shop weekly and always delivered everything we needed while presenting a good attitude and behavior from every individual. Brandon in particular has frequently been helpful and communicates positively and professionally with us during his stops. Service with them in our workplace has been fast, friendly, and overall positive.

Thank you Nick U. ! I have had a few drivers in the past and he is by far the best. Always in a good mood, professional and friendly to work with. If problems occur he takes care of it ASAP even if it’s on an off day and if he can’t he keeps me updated until the problem is resolved. Above and beyond service!

Dr. Balaes is such a gentle and informative dentist. He explains everything as he goes and always stops to make sure that I am okay. He pauses to ask if I have any questions which I appreciate it.

For years, we had been seeking the help of a good dentist with the patience and skills needed to treat our autistic son in the same manner that he/she would treat any typical patient. Dentists that we went to in the passed were always skeptical about meeting the necessary challenges. They took short cuts in cleanings, and if any dental work was necessary, such as filling a cavity, they would rely on IV sedation. Until we met Dr. Balaes, a simple dental visit became a very anxiety laden experience.

Dr. Balaes is a true professional who makes it obvious that he not only loves what he’s doing, but takes pride in meeting challenges necessary to address the individual needs of his patients, no matter what their ability or disability may be.

When we visited Dr. Balaes with our Autistic son, Alex, he showed no trepidation when treating him. He did a thorough cleaning, as he would with any other patient, and when he noticed 3 cavities that were probably passed over by previous dentists, he told us not to be concerned. He developed a treatment plan for Alex that did not include IV sedation. For the first time, Alex was treated using Novocain, as any typical patient would be. We left confident that Alex had received the best care.

From my first appointment Dr. Greg was very informative and taught me a lot about oral health. He has a strong education and ability to teach his patients about what exactly is going on. After having some work done by Dr. Greg - I had some issues with my bite. Dr. Greg answered my phone call even after his office was closed and had me in the office the next day to adjust my bite and relieve my pain. Top notch service and a true professional.

By far the best dental experience I've had anywhere! Every single member of this practice treated me like I was a dear friend even though it was my first appointment. Everyone was so professional, yet easy to work with and talk to. Dr. Gregory Balaes was very thorough, taking time to listen to all of my concerns instead of trying to push services on me. He uses state of the art technology that made the whole process painless and a lot less miserable than cleanings or exams I've had in the past. I felt immediately confident in the care I was getting and felt like I was getting the best advice for my individual needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone!
