That led me to shopping around and I reached out to Ed Staub. Hannah in the office was very quick to respond and the entire team was quick to get us back up and running. My entire house (heating, water, stove) runs on propane so going without wasn't good. Not only was the timeliness of the service great but switching to Ed Staub will save me $1000's going forward. The gentleman who came out to install the new tank was great to work with and thorough; wish I could read his initials on the form. And Bryce was great to work with to get everything scheduled. “I’ve been taking my 2 dogs here for a few years. Today I received the news that my Aussie is terminally ill with kidney failure. The whole staff has been extremely compassionate and kind to us. Dr. Lankford is very knowledgeable and caring. She spent a long time with me on the phone explaining Rocky’s diagnosis and discussing our treatment options. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. They have always treated our dogs expertly and their prices are very reasonable. Update: we had to put Rocky down today. Everyone was very kind and compassionate, especially the doctor and the tech.”
