“Usually my Costco visits are 5 star. I must have hit them on a bad day. First I went to the rest room after I shopped but found a dude just starting to put my groceries back. It was no longer than 10 min. Okay not that bad I could tell he was new and they gave him busy work. Now for the big complaint. I got gas and they have new pumps that don't allow topping off. I got gas and it stop pumping, I gave a couple of squeezes but nothing more would come out. I went back on the road and my gas guage showed a full 1/4 below the full line. Someone needs to recalibrate those hose pumps. I proceeded to Jackson's where I topped it off. Picture show after the Costco gas then after the Jackson's. It took 4 more gallons, what the heck!?”

They are quick, efficient, and do very good work, and they're here when they say they will be. They are busy for these reasons, but treat each job as the most important job they have. They are honest and offer solutions based on the ability of the homeowner, if you want to be involved in the repair to possibly save some money. Granddaughter had her usual chicken tenders which were done to perfection (not to be confused with chicken nuggets.) Tried the gravy sauce she got with her fries and it was really good! Overall we really enjoyed the experience and I don't do fast food very often.”
