Valor Health Family Medicine and Urgent Care Center

I’ve came to this place a few times over the years and each time, the nurses and Dr.’s have been very helpful. They’re never pushy, they listen to you and you never have to leave feeling like you weren’t helped. The new Dr. on staff is also awesome, he’s very emotionally supportive (I straight up told him I’m a hypochondriac) but he’s also a ninja if necessary. I wrote this review because I noticed that their overall review rating was low and it wasn’t an accurate reflection of this office.

Absolutely amazing staff. We're all so helpful and sympathetic. I'm not a huge fan of the er except one doctor I had a while ago for a bite. The urgent care though was amazing. Both nurses and doctor were very kind and patient. They didn't try to push anything and they were very personabl. I felt like a guest rather then a number like so many make you feel.
