“I stopped by there last week, no appt and chatted with another customer who was waiting for their appt. I have a 89 year old friend in a memory care facility and wanted to have his hearing aid ends changed. I left and decided to come back later. Apparently the customer told him what I wanted. Gage came out to my car and told me to come back inside. I left them with him for an hour or so and he fixed them without charge and my friend hadn’t even purchased them there! He was a previous customer, though. Was very pleased with his service and thoughtfulness. Would definitely recommend!”

I have never seen individuals who put so much of their heart and passion into their work, it definitely shows when you visit the facility! It is not often that you see staff staying hours past their shifts, or even coming in for hours on their days off to help comfort a family of a resident who has, or is declining in their health.
