He is the nicest and most caring Dentist I have ever had. Every time he has done any work on my teeth, and there’s been plenty, he always called that evening at the end of the day to make sure I’m doing ok. That has never happened with any other dentist in the past. In all the work I’ve had done such as multiple cavities , crowns, and 2 extractions and 2 implants he has never caused me any pain. He is a very well trained dentist with many years of experience and spends the entire visit cleaning our mouths, which was a new and welcomed experience for all of us. “For years, we had been seeking the help of a good dentist with the patience and skills needed to treat our autistic son in the same manner that he/she would treat any typical patient. Dentists that we went to in the passed were always skeptical about meeting the necessary challenges. They took short cuts in cleanings, and if any dental work was necessary, such as filling a cavity, they would rely on IV sedation. Until we met Dr. Balaes, a simple dental visit became a very anxiety laden experience. Dr. Balaes is a true professional who makes it obvious that he not only loves what he’s doing, but takes pride in meeting challenges necessary to address the individual needs of his patients, no matter what their ability or disability may be. When we visited Dr. Balaes with our Autistic son, Alex, he showed no trepidation when treating him. He did a thorough cleaning, as he would with any other patient, and when he noticed 3 cavities that were probably passed over by previous dentists, he told us not to be concerned. He developed a treatment plan for Alex that did not include IV sedation. For the first time, Alex was treated using Novocain, as any typical patient would be. We left confident that Alex had received the best care.”

“We have been going to Dr. Tingey for a few years now. He is so easy to talk to and fun! Our kids don't ever hesitate to have to visit him. They sorta actually like visiting the Orthodontist. :) Even when it meant having an expander put in or knowing that braces are inevitable! Our kids are developing their sense of humor and Dr. Tingey rolls with it and makes them feel pretty good about themselves. The staff members are also amazing! Dr. Grant is patient and works hard to get train his staff to know his practice. I've referred my entire family, friends and coworkers here even though we live in Boise and Nampa, etc. because the level of service care and treatment we receive has been outstanding. Scheduling has been convenient, payments always flexible and the staff get to know you. Dr Grant takes pride in his practice and it's good to see how he teaches the hygieniss new ways to do things, his expectations etc , you know the team is always learning and you're receiving the best care. Even though a visit just might be quick or seem out of the way, the experience always is worth it.”
