The front desk told me to just put see list in computer, but the medical assistants did not take my list, and I had to beg the front desk to take it. for this and other reasons, I do not think the front desk and the medical staff are well coordinated. Doctor explained options clearly, and explained what I needed to do to to pursue the one I was considering. Overall, outcome was what I think I need.”

Dr. Bates listened to me intently and really tried to understand my needs. He let me talk without interrupting and acted like he had all the time in the world to just be there for me. I didn't want a provider that would give me a pain pill--I wanted to get better through different modalities. His knowledge base was astounding and he was able to explain things very clearly. If you want someone who is well versed in many different treatment options then see Dr. Bates! If you're expecting narcotics, don't waste yours or his time!
