Understands our individual needs and finds the best deal for us. 4. Expeditious claim payments. 5. Payments reflect the fair value. 6.     Chance is an exceptional agent. He's always willing to answer all my questions, explain parts of the policy I don't understand and works hard to get you the best rate he can. He saved us a couple hundred dollars in the middle of our policy for just taking the time and checking in on our file. We highly recommend him and the entire staff there.
