I do not live in the area but Rusty took the time to make a personalized video of the vehicle and had great communication to make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. The process of buying the car was quick and easy and Rusty was an awesome person to work with.

Trying to buy a car in winter isn't exactly ideal, but with Joel (my sales rep) and everyone, test-driving, negotiating, asking questions, and the signing was a great experience. As paperwork was being prepped, Joel walked me through all the features, responding to my questions in a helpful manner, and then with the help of Marshall, scouring the Midwest for the color of my choice! I'm so grateful to have a new car, peace of mind with my financing, and feeling calm driving away from the dealership! 100% would recommend to family and friends!
(February 12, 2021, 5:25 pm)Cris Varela, a service advisor was a great person to work with. Took his time to answer all of my questions and gave great options to take care of my issues. While I was waiting Terry, the General Manager walked up to me to make sure I was being taken care of and is a really pleasant person to talk to. I will definitely be back for service and when it is time to get a new truck.
(February 11, 2021, 11:14 am)After looking for about a month, I found a Ford Escape at VP Toyota that I was interested in. From the first interaction, everything was great! The at home test drive made it so convenient, and Ramy was great about pointing everything out and helping us with our options. Within an hour of him returning to the dealership, we were able to speak with financing and work out a deal we were comfortable with. Everyone was very helpful and upfront with everything! Great car buying experience!
