Mike explained to me in common terms what needed to be fixed and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. The end result was a computer that worked faster and more efficient when I got it back without the pain of feeling ripped off. Mike is my “computer guy” now and I have recommended him numerous times to others. I have used Mike on 4 occasions and can say it was a 5 star experience each time.”
