(April 1, 2019, 7:53 pm)My check engine came on, so I took the car to Car-X for diagnostics. Because the light didn't stay on consistently, the technician was very thorough and ran several tests. However, the tests didn't identify any particular issue. I was advised it was useless to continue diagnostics if the tests weren't yielding any results. The technician suggested I use a gas treatment and use that tank before refilling. I followed their advice and have not experienced any other issues since that time. I am very pleased with the service I received. The employees were very professional, knowledgeable, gave me an honest assessment and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend their services for anyone who wants a quality job at a reasonable price.
(March 14, 2019, 7:38 pm)The moment I had stepped in the door, I immediately received a sincere greeting that let me know I came to the right place and for me that was reassuring. I came in on a Tuesday morning around 9am and With in 10 minutes my car was in the garage; I was very pleased with that. They gave me a detailed estimate that was written down. I felt they tailored a solution for my 2005 Buick that has over 200,000 miles. Instead of spending $400+, I spent half that. And when I got back in my car, I felt like it was made new, seriously!!! It felt safe again. I am so happy and satisfied with my service. They were friendly and professional and the service was of good quality.
