They both lead great workouts in their own way and make everyone feel welcome. A really friendly, community vibe. I always leave a sweaty mess after a great workout

(February 16, 2019, 9:10 pm)This place is outstanding and I've been very pleased with the facilities, bikes & service! It is clean with good ambient temperature, never stuffy & hot. Service is professional & friendly, offering towels & cycling shoes. Parking is easy & accessible on Western Ave. Riders have diverse backgrounds...some are trying to lose weight, some just staying fit, some are serious trainers (cyclists & runners), and they all acknowledge each other and make you feel inclusive. Every month, Blazin' Cycle has a 'theme ride' which is essentially a party for the riders with lights dimmed, disco ball in action, and great time for all. It's an opportunity to see & meet other riders that come out for this special event with work-out included. Anyone can spin cycle...if you want to ride easy, you can...if you are (cross) training, this is an excellent option, because you will be pushed. Marlon & Shirley are there to ensure you are challenged and have a great workout while also having some fun. Highly recommend this facility!

(February 14, 2019, 6:39 pm)Great spin instructors! Shirley and Marlon accommodated my family for a private spin session (unplanned). I scheduled online and didn’t do it correctly. However, they still took us in and welcomed us with open arms. The spin session was amazing and really pushed us to our goal. I love that they welcome children (9 and up) to spin. It helps with balancing life and family. The location wasn’t conveniently located to my home but I’ll be back when I’m in the area.
