Great convo, i usual hate going into the phone store but they made it fun & less of an errand. Truly made the time pass by quickly. I will always return to this location.

by 2 smiling faces, Hector and Sonia
Which was so refreshing, especially after being at a previous store in which I ended up walking out. I must say Hector went above and beyond to say the least. Very enthusiastic young man very patient, took the time to answer any questions and show me whatever I asked him how to do on my new phone. Can not thank U enough Hector for Ur exceptional customer service which is highly non existent in today's generation. Don't ever loose that great smile and sense of humor of yours!!???? (773) 609-6120. tried T-mobile again again. i was with Verizon for a few years and they priced me out. T- mobile has definitely improved by leaps and bounds in the past few years. i still have a rough time with signals in some rural areas but Im glad i came back. plus the savings is great.
