My husband and I were driving home from Nashville, TN to Columbia, MO and had a bad tire leak on the highway. We called up and even though he was closed for Labor Day got us in and safely back on the road. Fast quality service and so grateful for his kindness!

We just had new tires and rims put on our 2020 Jeep Wrangler. We met with Rocky a month prior to purchasing in order to get some ideas and prices. He even rolled some of the tires with available rims outside and held them against the Jeep so we could get an idea of what they might look like. He was very thorough while explaining availability and what modifications might be needed depending on tire size. When we finally agreed on what we wanted, he had our vehicle in the shop after only a few days. The results really made our Jeep feel like something special. He was reasonably priced and very personable. All in all a fantastic experience!

I was one of the drivers in a 2 car caravan full of girlfriends heading from STL to Nashville to celebrate one of our 60th birthdays. Outside Albers, IL my car alarmed showing me a tire was very low. We immediately took the exit to find somewhere to put air in the tire. We accomplish that at a Casey’s, but soon realized we needed to have the tire repaired to make it the rest of the way. Someone directed us to a tire repair shop a block away but when we arrived, it was closed and was not going to be open until Monday and this was Saturday. There was a phone number on the door so on a whim decided to call it to just ask where we might get help today… but was surprised to find the owner of the business… Robertson’s auto body and tire answered the phone and immediately stated he would come in and help us get on the way. Within 15 minutes he arrived, removed the tire and then showed me. I had two large nails in the tire. In other words, we would have never made it to Nashville. The closest place was over 30 miles away. His business went above and beyond for a passing through customer. If you live locally, you would be a fool not to work with this amazing company. I cannot give this place a higher recommendation. I am truly grateful.

We had two carloads of girls traveling from St. Louis to Nashville to celebrate a friend’s 60th bday. A warning light came on and we stopped to check the tires. One of the tires was almost completely flat. We stopped at a gas station and filled it up. A guy inside referred us to Robertson’s for repair. It was only a couple blocks away. Nervous that our trip that had just began like a half hour before was already being derailed…we anxiously drove there to find that they are closed on Saturday’s. Naturally, we panicked. One of us called the number on the store front and Rocky answered! He told us he’d be right in to help us! He informed us that he was no stranger to this same scenario… girls headed to Nashville for some celebration. He was happy to help! He found two nails in my friend’s tire. He repaired the tire and had us back on the road! What a super nice guy! Thank you Rocky!!!!!!!!!!

I stopped by Robertson's Auto Body to ask about putting new rims on my explorer. Rocky was very professional and made me feel like we've been friends forever. He found the exact rims I wanted and had them on my vehicle in less than a week. I would recommend this business to anyone. It's a great feeling when you know the owner is taking care of your vehicle. 5 star service all the way.
