It is a really good place to work specially with the residents. Most the staff there are pretty awesome. You do however have staff members that walk around acting like they are high and mighty because of a certification. And then you call and speak to a higher up staff member and all you get is uh huh. Ok.. mmhm. Ya no that's very unprofessional

Not only do I work here, but I would send any of my family members here to be cared for. This is a loving family-like community, and we as staff care for our Residents as if they were our own. When they are sick or in the hospital, we are always advocating and concerned about their care outside the facility. The facility is beautiful and clean. We recieve compliments ALL THE TIME for how well our Residents are cared for, or "wow, we can tell your staff really loves these Residents". And we do. That's what makes CMLC/SILC different...our people are our family.

Professionsl care

I am Rita, as of 2015 I worked at CMLC for 15 years. An involved guardian would probably be able to identify a staff person who has worked closely with their ward for "some years". Since mysterious and anonymous but concerned person also does not know that the agency has not "changed hands" is able to say things that I am not for HIPAA reasons,so I can not address all the false statements she made, but a judge agreed with me on the most important issue.
