(August 24, 2013, 4:49 pm)I get a great massage whenever I go to Body & Sol. Whether just to relax or work out specifics soreness, I always feel so much better when I leave.
I recently discovered Thai Bodywork at Body & Sol Salon. My spouse, the experimenter, tried it first and encouraged me to go. I had a 75-min session with Carol Sharp, the Thai practitioner. Through stretching and pressure applied with her hands and feet, Carol gave me a thoroughly relaxing, awesome experience. I immediately booked another session – for 2 hours!

I have been a client at Body & Sol since 2005, for Mist-on-Tan, body wraps, massage (swedish, deep tissue and hot stone), and hypnotherapy. I've always been completely satisfied with my experiences there. The owner is committed to her mission and her clients well-being. The massage therapists are fabulous! The soaps, lotions and soy candles available there are wonderful.
I now have added Thai Bodywork to the services I get at Body & Sol - 1 traditional and 2 clinical sessions so far. It's amazing! As is Carol Sharp the Thai Bodywork practitioner!
(May 21, 2013, 1:02 am)I love the variety of services Body and Sol has to choose from. I recently had a chance to experience Traditional Thai Bodywork for the first time. It was awesome! The bodyworker was very skilled and knowledgeable at what she does. I liked that she took the time to talk with me beforehand about my concerns and expectations for the session and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Afterwards I felt energized, more flexible and had less pain. I look forward to trying a Clinical Thai Bodywork session next for more specific work on my problem areas and I will definitely be back to try other services as well.
(November 4, 2012, 8:59 pm)I have been a patron of Body n Sol for 5 years and I would not go anywhere else! The staff are all very knowledgeable and apt. No matter which therapist I see I know I will have a great experience. The owner is always accommodating and pleasant! I love the variety of services beyond their regular massage options and the mist-on tan is the best!! I would recommend Body n Sol in Barrington to any person; male or female, young or old!
