(January 4, 2019, 1:15 pm)I switched from another company that was providing us with a complete house softener system and it was the best experience! We were having on going issues with hard water stains in our tub and pretty much anywhere there was residual water. The representative that came to our home initially, Greg, did a test of our water (which was also done by the previous company) and informed us of the results. I was not surprised that the iron levels were high because it was the only explanation that made sense to justify the hard water stains we were having. Greg explained that they manufacture their own equipment locally and even gave us alternative add ons that we may add that will further filter out specific minerals further such as iron if we notice any staining. Their prices were very good and competitive with the previous company we had. Overall it was a great transition and the installation went very smoothly and quick. I would most DEFINITELY recommend them to neighbors, friends and family!

He also spent time making sure I was throughly trained on how to use the new equipment just in case a problem came up. He also reviewed cleaning and proper testing of the water and how often it needed to be done. Overall a very good experience, they removed all of my old filtration equipment and hauled it away with no additional costs. Reputable company to do business with.
(December 8, 2018, 10:40 am)They were very responsive and easy to work with, and their pricing was competitive. After Greg explained the various options and answered my questions, we decided to install a twin tank softener and reverse osmosis system. Austin handled the installation. He was very experienced, quick, efficient and neat. We're very happy with the results!
(October 5, 2018, 11:19 am)Great company! We're on well water, and lease our system from them - our water was pretty gross when we bought our house, but now it's AWESOME! 4 years and counting. Awesome customer service!

Great to have an experience where they provide you with what you want and need but no oversell of more costly items. Great business and highly recommended.
