I decided to give Great Clips another chance and am very pleased with the result. I checked in ahead of time (app) and was seated immediately. “Service was pretty slow but our waiter was great, I believe his name is Randy, he let us know right off the bat that the kitchen was a running little behind so it would take a while to get our food out. He was very friendly and checked up on us often. The girl that brought our food out to us was very rude, she seemed upset with us when we told her some of our order was missing. I would recommend Randy 100% though. Great customer service!”

“I am giving Dr. Shanchuck 5 stars and her office staff 1 star. On my first appointment, I waited in the exam room for an hour and never saw Dr. Shanchuck. After asking if I could reschedule, her assistant apologized and explained that the Dr. was with a patient who needed emergency care. THAT’S THE DOCTOR I WANT TAKING CARE OF ME! The office staff, although very nice, could have told me this much earlier and offered to reschedule me. That was never done. I just sat there... someone would come in and take blood, then a little while later someone would come in & do vitals, then an EKG... but no explanation as to why I was waiting so long and no offer to reschedule. So, when I finally did see Dr. Shanchuck, she was very nice. She apologized for the last appointment and addressed my concerns. She took her time with me and didn’t rush me out the door. She is very knowledgeable and didn’t want to use any unnecessary medication. I really like her!”

I live and work right by here- my co-worker and I pick up slices at lunch all the time and are always greeted by the owners wonderful Mom- ranch dressing and Cherry Coke always ready!
