“Getting into an accident is a negative thing. I am glad that I chose Abra to make things better. Joseph Milano made my life so much easier. When I dropped off my car he took me around my car and explained what needed repairing from the accident. He also looked at the rest of the car to see where he can help fix the other dents, dings, and scratches. I knew I was getting a good quote for the other damage. I was so happy to find out that he had reserved a rental for me even thought I did not need it. It was nice of him to anticipate my needs. I felt welcome and like I was not just a car to be repaired. He took a few minutes to have a conversation with me. He knew I was a veteran and thanked me for my service. That meant a lot to me. He gave me a good estimation of how long they would have my car and it was accurate. During the time my car was being fixed I received text messages letting me know the status and even a phone call the day before my car was ready, so I can prepare to pick it up. Joseph greeted me with a smile and a good handshake. He remembered me, and I felt greatly appreciated as his customer. He pulled my car around and it looked AMAZING. Joseph and his crew did a great job. My car was cleaned and detailed. As I was getting ready to leave he let me know that I could always come back even if I just needed my tires checked for air or windshield wipers replaced. I just may do that the next time I need air or wipers. He would be happy to help me out with anything I needed for my car. I hope I never get into an accident or have any damage to my car again. If I do I know exactly where to go and who to call. Joseph from Abra will be my first call. Overall, I had a great experience with him and from his staff. Thank you and keep up the great work!”

“Was there not too long ago, and had did a reservation online. Came in they were real busy, but the employees handle it right ( work good under pressure) but I asked for a car they gave me a minivan. Let me tell you very comfortable van, needed to extend it for a week no problems. Great place definitely first choice to rent????????”

Never having been through this process, I was apprehensive about how good of a job they would do and if my car would ever be the same. “This is the absolute best muffler shop and mechanic place around. They are honest. I have an old truck and the air went out and I was quoted 3 times the price for a new compressor when a used was perfect and hasn’t had a problem in a year. Martin and Danny are always easy to work with and can fix anything. It’s hard to find great mechanics who don’t try to bleed you. Customer Service is the best! Try them! You won’t be going anywhere else.”
