“What a wonderful experience my engine went out in my car had to get a rental I rented a vehicle for 2 months, didn't wanted to give that money but had no other choice it wasn't that bad but what made it better was that location homewood the office was fantastic the staff was wonderful. The one Associate that always help me out was the Assistant branch rental Manager Chris Williams, he was wonderful he always had a smile, very polite, very knowledgeable and gave me the best customer service experience I have ever had, because of him this will only be the only location I will ever do business with he made me feel like family thanks for everything Chris.”
