I'm in much less pain now. Dr. Matt thoroughly answers ALL of my questions and has been very supportive of mobility exercises and calisthenics that I began on my own to help strengthen my back! I even lost 10lbs doing a detox with their help. Great chiropractic care and even better people! Highly recommend them!

Besides alleviating chronic migraines, they have helped me take total control of my heath through their weight loss program where I lost over 80lbs and have learned how to eat to live. Dr. Matt has aided in healing work related injuries and is very informative and thorough. Our whole family gets adjusted weekly, and we would recommend Adjusting to Health to anyone.

(August 1, 2013, 11:22 am)I was always skeptical when it came to chiropractic care. But my co worker kept insisting that I should go. I finally made an appointment and after the first visit my opinion dramatically changed. Before going to Adjusting To Health I suffered from daily headaches. Now that I get adjusted weekly sometimes twice a week I have been headache free. Aside from getting adjusted Dr. Matt has been doing other forms of physical therapy that has tremendously helped my body feel better. I also bring my two boys there. Their ages are 5 and 13 and the LOVE going to see Dr. Matt. My oldest has a slight case of ADHD and I have noticed an extreme difference in him ever since he started going. I highly recommend booking an appointment.
