(February 18, 2019, 1:52 pm)My favorite observation deck. You can sit and relax on the bench looking on the beautiful Manhattan skyline and cruise liners that coming to the pier somewhere in uptown.
It is also a pretty good spot to watch a fireworks on 4th of July.
