Rocket Heating & Air Service of my furnace was as promised. The technician was courteous and very clear in his explanation of the work he was performing. He left the workspace clean and neat. The furnace clearly needed cleaning. He also resolved an issue for me about the county inspection which is still open. Truly customer focused attention.

My HVAC system and humidifier were just serviced this morning by Greg. He was here right on time and did an excellent job. He cleaned everything and explained the various aspects of the equipment as he checked it. Greg also went the extra mile to answer my questions about air quality and showed me some options for additional equipment which could improve the air quality in our home. I was very pleased with his service, knowledge and courtesy.
