“I brought my trailer to Ted’s after I pulled out of the dock and knocked my door off. I called and worked with Suave. He was very helpful and accommodated my quick timeframe. They replaced 5 door hinges, repaired the door seals, straightened the lock bar and rehung the right side door. They also aligned both rear doors to close and seal properly. They had 2 mechanics on the job and had me back on the road in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Ted’s for any repairs around Chicago.”

“Such kind and attentive staff. Manager was there right at 7 am with a smile on his face. We were so stressed out with our move and kept having to extend the return time for our truck, eventually ended up turning it in late, but they were still very understanding and always easy to get in touch with, making sure we understood the process and had everything we needed from the start. Plus it’s super quick and easy to get here given it’s just off the highway. Would recommend 100%, even if you don’t live close by. PS get the mattress carrier they have with handles!!!! Makes life so much easier”
