“The food at 6978 is delicious! Our family tried everything from the catfish to the baked chicken to the pot roast. We were very pleased. But I would like to give a few pointers to help take the restaurant to the next level. First, do not stack the small round plastic containers more than three high. Our bottom containers shattered and caused the juice from the collards greens to spill. Second, as soon as dine-in guests sit down, don't forget to have someone immediately go over and get food and drink orders. We waited for several minutes before someone came to our table.
