This lady treated me in a very kind and generous manner. Friendly courteous and Is a Phone Tech!!!!! I'm not completely knowledgeable of the specs on the phones she answered all my questions and helped me transfer all my data and explained in detail about the phone I was going to buy very inpressed !!!!. She really cares about customer service not treating you like another brick in the Wall!!!
