I was pleasantly surprised when I reserved a space at Life Storage on Addison (near the Chase bank). Venita walked me through the process and was extremely patient in answering all of my questions. She was also very friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend requesting her if possible. It was obvious that she took pride in making sure the whole reservation process went smoothly and ensuring that her store exceeded expectations. I immediately noticed how clean and organized the building was. It is incredibly accessible and monitored 24/7 by cameras so I was sure that my items would be safe. Throughout all my experience with storage facilities, I would have to rank Life Storage as the best.”
