“I called ahead to know if I could transfer over my phone and one person transferred me to another, Javier was the second Permian I talked to and told me he could connect my device and also gave me the different options. I let him know I was going to stop by and I did. The process at the store was easy, I got a phone for free for backup and he was able to setup my device. The store has free parking shared with other stores. The place itself has phones and accessories for you to consider. They didn't have the phone I wanted but I got something like it, is got backup so I didn't care much. After my pawing was transferred over from my previous carrier I was able to make calls right away. As for the texts, when I got home I realized I couldn't receive texts so I had to lookup the carrier's website to know how to fix the problem and I did. I wished I didn't need to do this afterwards but I understand is only one time that I needed to do so. So far the service has been good and it's inexpensive.”
