(August 6, 2018, 8:02 pm)Small and safe. I love this park - the entrance requires you to wade into the water which is fantastic as it keeps the water shy dogs and owners out. This beach is mainly for dogs who can swim and play fetch into the water. The small size of the beach is perfect. This is a dog beach more geared towards playing fetch and not to just run around. My advice is that if you want to relax and hang out with your dog at the beach, go to Montrose. You find mostly local residents with their water loving dogs at this park, which makes it a nice environment for everyone.
