The Eldorado store is, by far, my favorite GameStop location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. Warren has saved the day TWICE for me in the past year when another location has not been as helpful. He’s an excellent representative for GameStop!

I stepped into El Dorado GameStop 2 years ago. Can’t seem to leave. Great customer service overall, always greeted, receive the shopping help I need, and get a good game request from time to time. If you’re looking for a great experience come to the El Dorado GameStop for sure.

Always great. One store didn't have the size of sweatshirt and he was able to print out a list of nearby stores with addresses and phone numbers that had it. Called store and the held it for me. Great knowledge and helpfulness.

The team leader Warren was a massive help when I was trying to preorder something today. He was very patient with me as we waited for it to become available. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long while.
