Great place to store your belongings friendly staff and is secure. They were there when I had to store my items and move last minute. Price was right to begin with but did go up quite a bit the last 2 years. Only complaint was moved out my items on the 10th of the month and think there should have been a partial refund of the rent. Paid about $140 for a month and even getting $50 back would have been nice after being an on time customer for 2 years. Was only on-site 3 times... 1 to rent... 2 to move in and 3 to move out. Would still rent from them again if needed to but would just try to be out by end of month...was hard this time with unit in NC and being in PA

Our family spent 5+ years in the Durham/Duke area using this clean and safe facility. We grew to know the owners, who never hesitated to go out of their way to help us. They're kind and caring people who always had a smile and knew exactly who we were. It was heartbreaking to say goodbye, but we cannot recommend them enough!

After calling two other storage facilities today and not receiving good customer service, I really appreciated walking into this one and being treated so well. The lady who set up my reservation for my moving truck was so sweet and caring. She asked so many times if I had anymore questions and what she could assist me with. Chris, who helped me when I arrived, was really thorough in explaining the policy and procedures and was so pleasant. There were no issues at all!
