  Heritage Woods of Chicago has a warm welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. I was instantly met with infectious smiles and greetings from the staff. Everyone is very pleasant and dedicated to the seniors in the building. Additionally, the facility is well kept and I felt at home as I toured. I highly recommend them to my patients who are looking to transition to a home where they are viewed and treated as family.

  Heritage Woods of Chicago is a great place for seniors that’s 65 and older. The staff and management team are patient, caring and attentive to your needs. I would recommend this community to everyone I know.

  My grandmother has been there for about a year and a half now and she calls it home. She loves it and we love that she is in a place that feels so much like home to her and where she has developed strong friendships with other widows who live there as well.The entire facility is clean, well organized, comfortable and I am always greeted with a smile. The Administrator is a warm, caring, helpful and extremely competent Director. Her door is always open. She listens and takes care of individual needs like I've never seen in a facility of this kind. The nurses and CNA's are kind, helpful and really care for the residents. While it's hard to have an elderly love one in any facility, I highly recommend this one. Hope this review helps if you are considering placing a loved one here.

  Heritage Woods is a God send for my brother and I. I visited this place two years ago when my brother was only 63 years young, at that time my brother was not of age to live here. In between those two years I visited several assistive living homes as well as nursing homes but there was always concerns regarding these places, negative concerns that made me not place my brother into these facilities. From the first time my brother and I walked into their doors, I felt nothing but love. Love from the residents as well as the staff. I have found Heritage Woods to be the answer to my brother's health, physical and overall well being that I have been desperately seeking for two long years. Thank you to the staff and residents. They are my extended family. God bless you all!!
