“The room was clean, had no weird smells, the sheets were clean, the shower was hot, the a/c and heat worked well, didn't hear my neighbors. No breakfast included but they did give me coupons for the breakfast at the restaurant next door which wasn't bad. Had a beautiful view of the lake and the Chicago skyline. The coffee pot did work and I had to fix it before it brewed the low quality coffee. Overall good experience for the money.”
