So overall I would recommend this place to a family in crisis

Working at Garfield Park Hospital was a big career risk. It is a start up hospital with a very bad reputation. The hospital lost it's ability to accept DCFS wards within one month of being open. The hospital is not respected by it's home SASS agency. The staff turnover rate is insane.
