She kept us calm and laughing even with a very loud party sitting near us. The service was the most helpful that I've experienced in recent years. Try the fried green beans and lamb chops. So worth it. Norman's took care of us and made our engagement weekend just that much more special.”

“These five stars represent how my dining experience ended, not so much the entire encounter from start to finish. At 11 pm, an individual cheese pizza with 3 veggies was ordered. 13.66. Steep. Was told 1 1/2 hour wait for delivery. Delivery came in an hour. Cool. Pizza was Italian sausage. Not cool. By this time it was 12:15. They close at 1am. I called and placed my complaint. Was asked if I wanted to exchange. Felt some kinda of way about the verbiage because an exchange would imply I got something and changed my mind. This order was wrong because you all got it wrong. Not me. However, fine, no refunds anyways, I’m hungry, sure an exchange. 20 min later the correct pizza arrives, and I was skeptical. Definitely didn’t want the pizza someone else turned in because I had their sausage. Not the case. Not only was the pizza warm. It was a small. An upgrade from what I originally ordered that costs about $7 more. I don’t know if this was intentional, but it definitely displayed excellent customer service. So at the end of the night I had no complaints and was pleased with the outcome.”
